South Beach Place - Vero Beach is across the street from Vero Beach Park and the Atlantic Ocean, 10 km from Vero Beach Municipal. The suites have air conditioning, a private entrance, a living room, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom. A stovetop, refrigerator, kitchenware, and oven are in each kitchen. Select suites include a balcony with garden views, a washing machine, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Room 102 (Nautical Room) features yacht-themed decor, dark cherry wood furnishings with brass plates, and Knoll barrel armchairs. Room 103 (Dick's Room) includes a coffee table from Emerson Fittipaldi's estate, a rattan dinette set, and cane armchairs. The Turquoise Green Room offers two daybeds and a king-sized bed. The Lindy Room (105) has tall cane-back chairs and a daybed upholstered with vintage airplane fabric. Suite 206 (Retro Delight) includes a Saarinen tulip chair dinette and a Paul McCobb Pomona tile lamp.

South Beach Place features a pool and tropical landscaped garden. The pool is surrounded by a large deck with lounge chairs, umbrellas, tables, and Tiki huts made by the Seminole tribe. There is a shuffleboard court and an outdoor BBQ area. Bicycles are available for guest use.
