Really good service and prime location

helpful concierge excellent recommendations

I was very impressed with the helpful concierge. Angelo was always available to assist with planning my day. He provided excellent recommendations for local attractions. He made reservations at restaurants. I appreciated his detailed knowledge and willingness to help. The reception staff was also very warm.

The hotel offers limited lounging space. There is no dedicated lobby area to relax.

the staff was very friendly and helpful (angelo was mentioned by name several times). i found the hotel very conveniently located. the breakfast was excellent and offered a good start to the day.

the gym was small, but i've seen worse in other european hotels.
