perfect retreat
superb facilities excellent location friendly staff
i adored the superb facilities.. the location was excellent, placing everything within walking distance, a convenience i deeply appreciated. the staff showed kindness and true professionalism. i definitely wish to return soon.
I noticed an electrical board protruded slightly from the floor. It seemed a minor safety concern if there were little children present.

the one-bedroom apartment ocean view included a washing machine and a dryer, which supported us . lovely towels accompanied the clean bathroom. the apartment had a comfortable bed with nice, clean sheets.

the dining area created a resort ambiance for us. the kitchen came equipped with salt, pepper, brown sugar, and cleaning supplies. it also included dishwashing liquid and dishwasher powder.

great location modern apartment lovely view
I loved the perfect location. the apartment was very modern, clean and big. the ocean view was great. I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony. it really was something special.
the dryer stopped working during one cycle. this happened on my last day. it was not a huge problem though.

the apartment included a well-equipped kitchen. it offered a microwave, coffee machine, and all necessary cutlery. a washing machine and dryer were available. the room was very clean.

the staff provided great customer service. i found them helpful and very friendly. rosie and clare at reception were very good, assisting me with directions and local recommendations.

outdated room uncomfortable bed
The underground parking was secure.
Our room felt quite outdated. The walls had marks, and the bathroom door was falling apart. The shower had rust, and we found a dirty sock behind the bed. The beds were SO uncomfortable. I ended up sleeping on the sofa bed as my back really hurt.

i booked a two bedroom apartment. the hotel was able to accommodate our request to have four separate beds. check in went smoothly and the room was nicely presented.

The room provided a washing machine and tumble drier. the location is great. It is close to the beach. staff were pleasant and helpful (especially with directions).
The fridge door opened into curtains. This made it a hassle to open and close. i noticed the door handle to the main bedroom needed replacing as it was not secured. breakfast was limited for people who do not eat eggs (i don't eat them).
