Really good stay!
spacious room spacious bathroom convenient layout
I found the room spacious, accommodating at least six people comfortably. the bathroom was also spacious, a definite plus. i appreciated the layout. It really suited my needs for the duration.

The hotel includes two pools. One is exclusively for adults. there are ample loungers available, also free towels are supplied at the pools. a complimentary minibus provides transport to the strip.

I observed that the staff answered requests for extra sheets and shampoo very promptly. the front desk employees were helpful. They were also informative when answering questions. the staff consistently looked friendly and efficient.

the coffee shop located in the lobby provided convenient access to refreshments. there were buffet options available, giving some options for dining. i could get a quick bite.

the hotel is conveniently near the airport, nice for easy travel. it's a manageable walk to the strip if you want to explore. uber access is very easy from this spot.

totally awesome apartment experience!
equipped kitchen comfy bed spacious complex convenient laundry
my apartment had a fully equipped kitchen, fantastic. i even did laundry before heading home (such a win!). the bed was super comfy, i slept like a baby. it's a bit of a walk to the strip, maybe 20 minutes, but i didn't mind stretching my legs. the whole complex is huge, it never felt crowded, that's great.
i did get a few calls about attending a meeting for owners. i had already opted out at check-in, so i wish that didn't happen, it was a little annoying (i understand they have to do their job though).

the apartment included a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. a convenient washer and dryer. there was also a very comfortable bed with good wardrobe space. the large bathroom had two sinks and a rainfall shower.

the hotel features two swimming pools, both with plenty of loungers and shaded areas. a free shuttle service operates to the strip every 30 minutes (it is a great service!). there is also a well-equipped gym onsite for guest use.

inconsistent cleanliness early shuttle
Free parking was a benefit. This saved some money
My room was not thoroughly cleaned. i noticed hair in the bathroom upon arrival and some sticky residue on the kitchen counter. also, the shuttle service to the strip ended too early. Its last run was before i was ready to return.

The location was amazing, a real plus. I found the complimentary shuttle service to the Strip very convenient. The room was clean with all necessary amenities. The staff members were very friendly!
Prices at the market are very expensive. These issues need to be addressed soon.

inadequate cleaning uncomfortable mattress
the staff addressed questions effectively and the security was good offering me reassurance
i found the walk from my room to the Lobby area excessive due to my disability the bed in my room was noticeably uncomfortable as it had an old mattress i also observed hair in the bathroom shower upon arrival indicating insufficient cleaning

The apartment included a coffee machine complete with coffee. Self-catering was easy with the available equipment. The sleeper sofa was comfortable to use. I found free parking available. The location is a short distance from the Strip.
The shuttle to the Strip was occasionally unavailable due to driver breaks.

convenient addition frequent shuttle
My spacious room included a washer and a dryer, a very convenient addition. The hotel also offers a shuttle that frequently runs to the main attractions.
The elevator was a bit slow during peak times.
