I found the staff pleasant. I also received assistance from them. The building had a lovely garden for dog walks. Breakfast felt plentiful and I recommend it.
The room lacked information. I found the lighting inside and outside to be poor. I could not control the heater. The window did not open, so it was hot at night.

the staff were very helpful and friendly . my room was very nice and neat, which i appreciated (especially after a long day). the building had great, easy, and secure parking.
i noticed a slight smell from the drains when running water in the bathroom sink.
