The venue was great for my one week training session. I really enjoyed the lunches. I appreciated the snack stations. All staff was lovely.

The tea and coffee facility in the room were basic. The hotel should offer decent teabags and coffee options. The bath and sink didn't drain properly. I couldn't run the shower at full power because of this.

on the second night, i had dinner in the restaurant. i asked for some parmesan cheese, but the waiter seemed too keen to describe exactly how it's made. i felt completely sick, the waiter did not seem embarrassed.

A Charmed Visit

The staff was helpful. The room was clean. I found lots of breakfast choices. The location helped me visit local spots. It was also quiet. That's what I like. I was charmed. I'll return. I loved the experience.

I found that the blinds were not in perfect condition. I am sure someone will fix them. It wasn't a big deal. The hotel is excellent anyway, so I did not worry about that. It was a great stay.

Wonderful Anniversary Celebration Stay!

Our anniversary dinner was a real highlight with over 40 people. Every dish was a masterpiece! I was so impressed with the food's quality and presentation, it exceeded my expectations. The grounds provided a perfect, fine setting with beautiful surroundings, which I found lovely. The staff were really good and a real asset. They were great too make our celebration special, and I appreciated it.

I found the pasta a little bland in the restaurant, though the service was otherwise attentive.

The hotel won a hospitality award for its food. I had both breakfast and supper there. The food was amazing and the choices were great. They even brought a water bowl and treats to our dog while we were having dinner in the bar area.

I booked a king room. I found it lovely, super roomy, and spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfortable. I definitely appreciated this. A gorgeous 'Doggy welcome gift box' included a blanket, poo bag dispenser, tennis ball, and travel water bowl.

All the staff were so lovely. They made such a fuss of us and my dog. A helpful lady walked us down to their massive field behind the hotel, I found this convenient. They were very cute throughout our whole stay, though communication was difficult.

The hotel is away from the hustle and bustle, I found this relaxing. it's only a short drive to the town centre. The hotel is in a great location. It felt rural despite being only a couple of miles from the town.

The room was nice and spacious (i appreciated that) and it was also clean and well maintained .

The lack of air conditioning in the room was a problem. It was hot and stuffy, so I could only open the window when I was out of the room because of the noise from traffic.

the lavatory paper felt very poor quality. i thought the window of my room needed a clean. also, the dinner menu choice felt restricted.
