sleek bathroom short walk limited hours unavailable lockers
the room had a sleek bathroom. i loved that it was a short walk to the beach and the harbor. this made getting around so easy. i especially enjoyed being so close to the water.
The pool's opening hours were limited. It closed midday for a long break. also, there were no available lockers at the gym for hotel guests, so i had to leave my things on the floor. this was not very convenient.

underwhelming stay, some issues
the service was not good. i waited two hours for my room, and requests were ignored. the staff did not convert the beds back to king size, even after i asked them to do it, so i called again. horrible service and i don't think i would be back.

Really good Stay with AMAZING Amenities!!!
fresh fruit eastern option filtered water firm mattress
I found lots of fresh fruit and pastries at breakfast. Eastern and western options were available. A filtered water tap reduced plastic bottle usage. Complimentary water was nice. ECO cleans were really appreciated. They only replaced towels on the floor. The mattress was NICE and firm.
My room was on the ground floor, backing onto a LOUD, busy road. It affected my otherwise quiet enjoyment of the space.

The staff proved helpful, from the front desk to concierge and housekeeping. Their assistance was prompt. They helped my family get a suitable seat and brought my father coffee, since he has mobility issues. The staff were VERY cute.

The breakfast buffet had many options. The food tasted fresh. I loved that the food was cooked right in front of you. It guaranteed freshness. I also tried many pastries.

This hotel is situated well. It is close to the city center. It provided easy access to key areas. This made exploring so convenient. The location is great.

The room proved spacious, nice and neat, including a shower and bathtub. It was well appointed. It had everything I needed for a longer stay. I loved the big rooms.

the location was good the breakfast buffet was acceptable
the check-in was slow i waited almost two hours for my room to be ready it was a very frustrating start to my stay the staff seemed disorganized

The location is a treasure. Its convenient for exploring and has wonderful views. i found the breakfast buffet to be really good, it had lots of variety. the staff were really good.
my room had blackout blinds that were broken, so light was there all evening and woke me early. i also didn't appreciate that this is a dog hotel, therefore, there was a fair amount of noise in the morning. check in was really slow.

excellent staff spacious room good bathroom broken blind pet noise dog hotel
the staff members were excellent. i appreciate the relationship manager winnie. the room seemed spacious. good bathroom facilities were also appreciated.
the blackout blinds in my room were broken. i had light all evening. i was woken very early by the sun. it is a dog hotel so there is pet noise from dogs nearby.
