the staff members were excellent. i appreciate the relationship manager winnie. the room seemed spacious. good bathroom facilities were also appreciated.

the blackout blinds in my room were broken. i had light all evening. i was woken very early by the sun. it is a dog hotel so there is pet noise from dogs nearby.
