great location quick walk friendly people difficult communication dusty room missing remote

the location is fantastic! it is just a quick walk to shops and cafes. the people nearby were very friendly. i got a voucher for breakfast, and it made the food very affordable.

communication with the staff was difficult. i tried calling and texting, but there was no answer. the check-in instructions were unclear to me. the room was dusty, and the tv had no remote.

Acceptable Stay, but Some Issues

The room was clean upon arrival.

I had trouble contacting the hotel staff. They ignored my calls and texts prior to arrival. Check-in instructions were unclear! The wine bar staff seemed uninformed and unhelpful. The room was dusty, the TV had no remote, and I could hear other guests easily due to creaky floors.
