modern room cozy room comfortable bed amazing food

i found usb ports everywhere, very convenient. the gym had modern equipment! i loved the modern, cozy room and the very comfortable bed. the breakfast offered many options, and the food tasted amazing!!!

i noticed just a little wear and tear on some of the furniture.

i really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff! the bed was very comfortable, it was great after a long day of travel. i also liked that the gym was open 24/7, so i could exercise whenever i wanted.

The room was quite small. It felt a bit cramped with my luggage. the air conditioning wasn't very cold even at the lowest setting. plus, i noticed there wasn't a comb in the room, inconvenient

Excellent Urban Hotel Experience

warm staff professional service well-planned room

The staff were very warm and professional. Nhi, Linh, Nhu Quynh, and Austin always had smiles and were very helpful. The rooms are well planned. I even got some ideas for my future home.

I found one minor issue . The hotel lacks in-room dining service. I had to order food downstairs and take it to my room. This inconvenience.
