I was given vouchers for a foot massage. The girls were great and i enjoyed it. the hotel location was good and it was in the tourist center.

it took over an hour to resolve, and there was no apology given.

The staff offered excellent service and greeted everyone with a friendly smile. I also thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary foot massage and the provided dinner vouchers. I definitely felt welcomed!

The window in my Premium Beautiful Lower Floor room was covered, so I could not see outside. This. I suggest removing the plastic film.

helpful staff foot massage great location small room hallway noise early closure

the staff was helpful i especially liked the free foot massage it was relaxing after a day of exploring. the location was great i could easily walk to many attractions. breakfast had so many options i always found something i wanted

my room felt a bit small it would have been nice to have more space. i noticed some noise from the hallway sometimes it made it hard to sleep. the rooftop bar closed a bit early i wanted to stay up there longer
