The room seemed smaller than photos indicated. I found a non-functioning television, annoying. The rooftop jacuzzi was not heated, a real disappointment. I expect more from a hotel in this category. These things do impact the overall experience a guest has.

I really appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. They always greeted me with a smile. the location was fantastic. Everything i wanted to see was within a short walk, a real bonus. breakfast offered plenty of options. The variety was wonderful. i especially loved the balcony. It really expanded the room's feel, so nice!

the location was great, very near prominent spots. breakfast was provided so i did not have to worry what to eat. i checked in late, near midnight, and the staff waited for me. the staff helped carry my luggage and safekeep it during check out, a detail i appreciated.

the receptionist showed a bad attitude. i requested 30 minutes extra at check out, but i was shown a fee.

the room was comfortable and had complete amenities. it was cleaned daily and everything worked properly including the air conditioning and wifi. breakfast was included and offered different choices each day. the hotel staff was warm and cute, always ready to help guests.

i stayed at this hotel five years ago and really liked it, but now the hotel has become run-down with very poor maintenance. there were marks and cracks on the walls and furniture.
