The Garden Route is an ideal place for adventure activities such as sky-diving in Mossel Bay, paragliding in Wilderness, canoeing on the Kaaimans River, and quad-biking over the Montagu Pass. Garden Route Horse Trails offers horse riding trails into the indigenous forest of the Garden Route National Park. The Centre offers custom therapies such as Hydrotherapy, including Rasul, a treatment using mineral-rich mud along with heat and steam. Golfers can play on a Gary Player-designed 72 par, 18-hole signature golf course.
