Wellness E Resort Stella Delle Alpi offers ``Stella`` rooms furnished in the Trentino style, suitable for one to three guests, with options for a balcony or village view. Junior suites ``Giglio`` accommodate two to four guests and include a private living area with views of the Brenta Dolomites and Val di Non. Each room features a TV and a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, washbasin, mirror, and toilet. Bed configurations are flexible, offering single or king-size double beds. Rooms also provide free WiFi and wired internet access via RJ-45 LAN socket. As an alternative to using the common dressing rooms of the wellness centre, guests can change in the privacy of their own room and access the centre directly by lift.

The hotel restaurant serves traditional Trentino recipes, homemade desserts, and Italian cuisine. The menu of the day includes a choice of two first courses and two main courses, plus dessert; drinks are not included. The bar provides a welcoming space to enjoy mountain herbal teas, alpine grappas, and local craft beers. The bar and restaurant offer room service. The hotel also has dining options in the large outdoor areas, including two gardens. Special culinary events, such as ``Cosina nonesa en ti Somasi da Fon`` in the village of Fondo, showcase local dishes like potato pies, polenta, tripe, alpine cheese, strangolapreti, and apple fritters.

There is also a swimming pool with panoramic views of the Brenta Dolomites and a Jacuzzi for 6 people. The wellness centre is open from 15:00 to 19:00. Access to the wellness centre is included in all rates. Guests can rent mountain bikes to explore the Alta Val di Non cycle path, with views of the Brenta Dolomites and Melinda apple tree fields. The Acqualido di Ronzone, nearby, offers an indoor swimming pool and activities for children.
Location and Access
Wellness E Resort Stella Delle Alpi is located in Ronzone, 34 km from Bolzano. The Mendola Pass ski area is a 5-minute drive away, while the Predaia ski lifts are 30 minutes by car. The hotel is near landmarks such as Giardino della Rosa (0.3 km) and Castello di Castelfondo (3.5 km). The Sanctuary of San Romedio is nearby. Guests can reach Bolzano by car over the Mendola Pass in about 45 minutes. Merano is 42 km away via the Palade Pass, and Trento is 50 km away. The Val di Non and Val di Sole are known as the 'Noce valleys', crossed by the Noce stream.
