the location was acceptable it was close to many attractions
the room i stayed in did not match the photos online it lacked a window for ventilation the bathroom had mold on the walls and ceiling i complained but a room change wasn't possible they only cleaned the mold off the wall

Mixed Experience with Some Disappointments

The air conditioning did not work. The room was too warm for the entire stay. I reported it to the front desk, but they were unable to fix it. This made sleeping difficult. the promised laundry facilities were not available. The staff was argumentative about this issue. It was frustrating because I specifically chose this hotel for that amenity.
