Excellent Stay Near Termini!
helpful staff luggage storage convenient location
I appreciated the staff. Mohamed was particularly helpful, and they all seemed willing to assist. It was nice to have luggage storage available after checkout, giving me more time to explore the area! The location is very convenient, close to the main train station.
The noise isolation was minimal, making it easy to hear conversations in neighboring rooms.

i was kinda surprised by the excellent service i received. the staff were very kind and offered recommendations for local attractions. my room was very clean and i appreciated the free breakfast provided each morning.
the walls seemed quite thin and i could occasionally hear noise from the hallway.

amazing staff friendly staff comfy bed
The staff was amazing and friendly. I found the location great. it is close to the train station and the bus stop from the airport, it created a good opportunity to drop luggage off before venturing into the city. the room was clean and the bed was very comfy.
our room looked totally different than on the pictures, the furniture was old. the air-conditioning was not working and the water was changing from hot to cold during showering. the room was noisy, i could hear everything that happens on the street or next door.

The classic double or twin room included a television with satellite channels and a work desk. fresh towels were provided daily, and the bathroom had a shower with good water pressure. i appreciated the efficient housekeeping. The floor was super clean.
