The staff was helpful in giving directions. My room had a television. A grocery store was conveniently located next door. The metro was a short walk.

My room was not cleaned to a high standard each day. The towel changes were not consistent. The fridge was not always refilled with drinks. This was inconvenient at times.

the location was a quick ten minute walk to spagna. the room included a clean ensuite shower and bathroom with a bidet. lighting was excellent in the room and it felt very clean. the room was well heated, providing welcome warmth (a blessing after a long day of exploring). wifi access was excellent throughout my stay.

i found the lack of soundproofing somewhat distracting as i could hear neighbors.

the reception operates 24/7 providing assistance whenever needed. the staff speaks english facilitating clear communication for international guests. staff members were polite and always ready to help.

the room included a mini fridge, though i did not use it during this particular stay. the room's cleanliness was noteworthy creating a comfortable environment. the bathroom featured modern fixtures adding a touch of convenience.
