mixed feelings
stale pastries cramped elevator
the location was indeed convenient, close to many sites.
I found the breakfast disappointing. The pastries tasted stale. the bathroom design lacked practicality with insufficient counter space for toiletries. also, the elevator felt quite cramped (it barely fit two people with luggage).

Fantastic Boutique Hotel Experience
superb location helpful staff room upgrade heavenly spa
The location was superb. It was within easy walking distance of many key attractions. The staff was consistently helpful and friendly. They always provided prompt assistance with any questions. I received a complimentary upgrade to a larger room. The hotel spa provided a heavenly experience and proved very worthwhile.
The elevator was quite small and outdated though still functional.

tech features breakfast staff tidy room
the room was very tidy. the high tech features were interesting to use. the breakfast staff was friendly, and i found them very helpful.
The elevator felt a bit outdated. And it was very small.
