The breakfast was fantastic! There was such a good menu. The room I stayed in was very big and it had awesome views. The staff was helpful. They are very friendly.
The parking was not easy. I parked the car underground. The spaces were very narrow. There was no lift from the car park to the hotel. I found the lifts old and noisy. No water was in the pool. It was disappointing.

i found the location to be excellent! car parks are very close. it's near the harbor and a main shopping area. the christmas market was right outside!
the safe was small, and i had to pay a deposit for it. there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room. i would have liked those available.

the hotel has some lovely touches, like chocolates and water in the room. a free drink from the bar was also included. toiletries, a safe, a fridge, and a hairdryer are available in the room.

this hotel is in an ideal spot for sightseeing in the city. stepping out of the front door leads directly onto la rambla. paseo almería and the sea front paseo are also a short walk away.

the hotel's location was quite good it was close to many things i wanted to see
the lifts were slow and seemed quite old it often took a while to get up to my room on the higher floors. the tv in my room had very few english channels i found the selection quite limited. the bar closed early it wasn't a very inviting space so i didn't spend much time there

The breakfast had excellent selection (i loved the fresh fruit!). The hotel was recently renovated and feels modern. The staff was cute and friendly. Parking was easy on site. It required payment, but that's ok.
The elevators seemed old and slow. Only one went to the underground car park. I had to wait a little longer than expected.

The location is fabulous, and the panoramic view over the bay is amazing. It provides convenient walking distance into town, with all bars, restaurants and beaches which are lovely. Wifi is good.

The hotel is near the quayside making it easy to get around. The sea views from the room were quite nice. The staff was helpful mostly speaking english.
The pool area is on the smaller side.

The location was very convenient for seeing the city center on foot. I appreciated the proximity to many attractions. I found secure car parking just a short walk away, a real advantage. The staff were mostly English speaking, which helped a lot.
The elevator service could be slow at times due to the small format.

My room was spacious and included a balcony with sea view, I enjoyed it a lot. The room provided good beds and a fine shower. The room cleaning service was performed daily to a high standard.

The pool area was clean and had a comfortable temperature, very nice. There were good quality sunbeds available with large parasols. The hotel has a historical structure and it is maintained very well.

Breakfast offered a diverse selection of fresh food, I found it delicious. The hotel had a cook who prepared eggs upon request. The fresh orange juice and excellent coffee were a bonus.

Acceptable stay NEAR the sea

The location is GREAT. The pool has lovely sunbeds. The room had a view overlooking the ferry port and a balcony to sit out on in the evening. The room was cleaned every day and fresh towels were provided.
I arrived and checked in OKAY. I went to the lift, SO outdated, up to level 3. First impressions of the room, basic, old furniture and a very dusty sofa. The fridge DIDN'T work as you couldn't reach to plug it in, so we had to rearrange the room.
