charming hotel with excellent amenities

spacious room good bathroom kind service

i liked the spacious rooms, the bathroom was good too! the balcony offered nice views! i appreciate the early check in and kind service i received.

The deep garage was inconvenient and it added an extra charge of chf 40 daily. They did not emphasize this. the faucet in the room was not properly fixed. I found the cabinet door hard to close.

the breakfast buffet offered a good variety with gluten-free options such as cakes and bread, which i appreciate. the breakfast area had a pleasant atmosphere, though the content was pretty average overall.

the staff was helpful and proactive, they really went the extra mile to accommodate requests! i was kinda surprised when they left a bottle of wine, because they knew it was my birthday weekend.
