Villa Mittermeier provides rooms with variations. Comfort includes convenience based on technically advanced furnishings. Some rooms have balconies. Alter Ego rooms also feature air conditioning, high-speed internet, iPads, double showers, and a Trust Bar with complimentary coffee, tea, and filtered water. Extra Small rooms offer all expected amenities on a compact scale. Some rooms include canopy beds, designer furniture, and layouts with bathtubs or rainforest showers. Upon arrival, a complimentary bottle of mineral water will be found in your room. Some rooms feature open bathrooms. Please note that some beds are 140 cm wide and against the wall. All rooms are individually designed. Some double rooms include a bathrobe. Extra beds are subject to availability.

The hotel's restaurant team is led by award-winning chef Christian Mittermeier, who is a member of the Jeune Restauranteurs d' Europe association. The Chef de cuisine will help you to enjoy your meal in a relaxed atmosphere. Guests can enjoy a wine tasting with wines from the vineyard 'Tauberhase', accompanied by Franconian cuisine. A 4-course menu awaits you with the Poltinger farm duck. Guests are welcome to enjoy tickets in a vegetarian or pescetarian version.
Leisure and Events
A sexy winter barbecue with exclusive meat specialties from the smoker and grill will take place. Guests will get a bottle of Prestige Winzersekt from the Fürst Winery. At midnight on New Year's Eve (menu starts at 6:30 p.m.), guests can enjoy our Casual Fine Dining Adventure (7 courses) including a welcome drink, water, wine and coffee. The new year starts with a New Year's brunch until 2 p.m. The hotel has 2 meeting rooms catering for up to 30 people.
