oh my gosh, the staff just shines and upgraded us on arrival. what a lovely surprise. the breakfast was totally delicious too, I ate tons! the location could not been better, everything felt super close.

I did find that slightly inconvenient because I always seemed like I was waiting.

the rooms featured comfortable beds and high-quality linens, I loved it. large rooms provide lots of natural light, I really needed that. the beautiful double or twin room included everything that I needed.

children's scooters became available to customers, it was a fun surprise. a laundry service was available, and it returned items the same day. a coffee machine was easy to locate in the breakfast area.

the staff were really good, they decorated the room with flowers, balloons, and sweets for my partner's birthday. the staff proved amazing and accommodating, what a treat. the team catered to every request with a smile.

Subpar Experience, Several Issues Noticed

My stay had several problems. It barely fit two people with luggage. The breakfast area was too small. Guests often had to wait for a table. Some cleared dishes themselves. The room itself was quite worn, with visible damage on the furniture. This.
