lovely surprise in the city
clean room friendly staff room upgrade good surprise
I was so pleased with the room. It was clean and well-equipped. the staff was super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i even received a room upgrade, a good surprise. i would consider staying here again on my next visit.
the walls seemed quite thin, and i could hear some noise from neighboring rooms, though it didn't bother me too much.

the team members were very attentive at check-in and check-out. even the housekeeping team was thorough when cleaning my room. always ready to assist and ensure a smooth experience.

The room featured amenities including a microwave and other utensils. This. it was useful to have these facilities available, enabling basic meal preparation and storage. this added great value to the experience!

though the hotel doesn't provide breakfast, there's a mini-fridge available for storing food. a toaster and water boiler with cups are also in the room. this makes it easy to prepare simple meals and hot drinks

good location easy access nice staff unsafe area street access high price
The location was great! it was close to the tube station and , made getting around easy. the staff was nice. They gave good tips about the city. the room itself had a fridge, I found that VERY useful.
the area didn't feel too safe at night. the room was accessible from the street, I wasn't too happy about that. the Uber driver even seemed concerned, unsettling! it felt overpriced for what it was

helpful staff underground station needed fan unsafe area secondary location long walk
the staff was helpful. cigdem was especially lovely and really helpful. i found the location easy to reach from the underground station. the room was as i expected, and the fan made a big difference, even though it was a hot day.
upon arrival, i discovered i wasn't in the main building. i had to walk about five minutes to another building. the area near the other building did not feel safe. it was like a seedy area.

accessible location train station luggage storage difficult check-in converted cellar small window
The location is accessible. It has a train station only 10 minutes away. This makes going around easy. They let me leave my suitcase after checking out. I needed this as I visited an expo.
The check in was just ok. The hotel room was like a converted cellar. Small windows face the pavement outside.

mixed feelings about the stay
unsafe environment difficult lock
the staff are very attentive, i appreciated that.
i found out upon arrival i was not staying in the "main building". instead, i had to walk 5 minutes to another building i did not feel safe doing. the other building was like a block of flats and i struggled to lock the door properly.

The room was clean and had fresh towels. Linens were also fresh. The room included a fridge. I appreciated the option to store luggage after check-out.
