The location was very nice, a short walk to both the beach and train station! the gardens were beautifully maintained. the staff was friendly and helpful, it added a personal touch. my room and all common areas were super clean. I noticed how well everything was kept.
the internet was a little spotty sometimes, though it didn't detract much from my overall stay.

the breakfast was yummy. the general ambience was superb for beach and summertime! the room was clean and immaculate. the parking was easy and secure. i was charmed.
the room called family room, it is actually two rooms on the fourth floor, and there is no lift.
