The room seemed smaller in reality. The photos gave me a false impression. dust was noticeable on the bedside tables. i also found some hair on the bed sheets, a clear sign that cleaning could be improved. it's disappointing. I expect better hygiene standards, especially from a place claiming to be 4 stars.

the hotel staff were always ready to help and very kind. the hotel is located a short distance from the main town, there is a convenient bus service that runs every few minutes to the ferry terminal. the pool area included a barman providing drinks directly to the sun loungers. we loved this.
the breakfast selection had a wide variety. but the quality of ingredients was not great.

the staff were so helpful. marco helped me before i arrived, telling me which water bus to catch. the man working at the bar loved to have a chat about the day's activities while serving wine in the garden. breakfast was delicious with everything needed to start the day.
the air conditioning could not be stopped or regulated. we realised opening the window would stop it. we slept like that at night.
