convenient Location And helpful staff
ideal location cute staff nice cafe area
the hotel's location was ideal. it provided easy access to key attractions and transit options. i found the staff to be genuinely helpful and cute , answering all my questions quickly. the lobby had a nice cafe area that added to the appeal.
my room was quite dark, even when all the lights were turned on. this made it difficult to work or read comfortably inside the room. additional lighting would definitely improve the room.

the front desk staff were very attentive to my needs , providing prompt service. they offered clear directions to local attractions. i appreciated that they were available 24 hours a day to assist with any concerns.

convenient location soft bed effective air conditioning
i appreciated the hotel's location a short walk from union station. the soft bed with a pillowy topper allowed me to rest well after a long flight. i also found the air conditioning system effective and the room quiet , ensuring a peaceful sleep.
the dim lighting in the bedroom made it hard to see well , especially in the evenings.

the hotel offers luggage storage , a nice convenience. the wifi worked excellently , allowing for seamless connectivity. there were shops and restaurants located conveniently nearby for easy access.

this hotel have a great location. the room was clean and the staff was friendly to. my bed was comfy and large.
the elevator was noisy. i think the soundproofing was very poor in this old building. there was also street noise all night long to.

great location quiet room high floor basic requirements
the hotel has a great location near union station. staff members were polite. i had a quiet room on a high floor, as requested. the room had basic requirements for a short stay.
the room was quite dark so i had to keep the lights on during the day.

the hotel provided a clean space for sleeping during my city weekend. i found the staff to be friendly. the service was great. i appreciated the quick responses to requests. the room was also very comfortable.

varied menu convenient location easy access
My stay included breakfast each morning at the restaurant. I liked that breakfast allowed choices from a menu instead of the typical buffet. I found the location convenient with many restaurants close by. The St Lawrence Market was also easy to reach.
The television remote control did not work consistently.

The hotel's location proved ideal for exploring the financial district and accessing union station. i found it easy to walk to nearby attractions and the lobby exuded a friendly atmosphere. the room was a good size. It accommodated an extra bed and luggage without feeling cramped.
the lack of a mini fridge in the room was inconvenient. i missed having a readily available cold drink. its absence made storing snacks and beverages problematic.
