decent stay in a lively area
excellent location friendly staff complimentary coffee small room street noise old towels
the location was excellent. i was able to walk to many attractions (i loved exploring the nearby streets!). the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel offered coffee and toast, a simple yet nice touch.
the room was quite small. the street noise was very noticeable, even at night (i had some trouble sleeping). the towels were old, and they weren't changed daily .

a mixed bag for the price
street noise cramped room
the noise from the street was pretty intense at night. it made getting any sleep difficult i could hear everything like the windows were paper thin. also the room felt really cramped i barely had space to open my suitcase on the floor it was quite annoying with limited storage options.

live jazz friendly staff central location
The venue has a great location close to downtown. The staff was very clean and friendly to guests. It was great having a live jazz venue downstairs. I felt welcome and taken care of .
The room was a little small for my liking.

Staff were available at the front desk 24/7. The staff assisted with storing bags after checkout. Mike was especially helpful and provided good service .

small room cramped bathroom
the room i had was quite small the bathroom felt similarly cramped there was a plunger right next to the toilet it did not inspire much confidence thankfully i did not have to use it multiple flushes were often necessary i wish the room size was better

helpful staff attentive staff great music small room squeaky bed broken shower holder
the staff was helpful i found. the receptionist provided additional help on two occasions. the jazz bar staff was attentive the live music was great.
the room was small the bed was squeaky. the shower holder was broken. the door to the bathroom did not close properly it was hard to move.
