excellent location and attentive staff

spacious room friendly staff

the rooms are spacious, a feature i valued (it helps with luggage). the front desk staff was friendly, i requested decaffeinated nespresso coffee pods, and it was promptly taken care of. the location made access to attractions convenient.

fabulous bath great pressure

The bath was fabulous , the best I have come across. Water pressure was great , , made for very quick showers.

I noticed additional fees were charged over the final price I agreed to. It was a facilities fee , and I do not think this is right.

The hotel upgraded us to a suite, and it was HUGE! The room was clean. Everything was fantastic. The hotel also features a spa. a gym. I found this amazing!

Both the Rogers Centre and Scotiabank Arena are within walking distance of the hotel, super convenient. The hotel location is generally excellent, and I could walk to everything I needed.

I found the staff to be very friendly. they were helpful during my entire stay! I was impressed by their willingness to assist with any requests I had, awesome. The front desk staff welcomed me with a smile each time I entered the lobby.

the room was clean. the location is great for walking to shops. i found car parking very convenient (elevators go directly to the room). the staff was friendly and helpful.

the restaurant food had too much salt.
