Victoria Forest Resort, located on Bugala Island in the Ssese archipelago, provides views over Lake Victoria. Guests can choose from Deluxe Rooms, the Royal Cottage, the Millennium Cottage, and Family Cottages. Deluxe Rooms feature a balcony or terrace with lake and garden views. The Millennium Cottage features a private terrace. The Royal Cottage is designed for couples and includes a queen bed; baby cots are available upon request. Family Cottages include a sitting room and can accommodate up to 6 guests with a special configuration for an additional fee. All rooms include a seating area, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a private bathroom with free toiletries and a shower.

Victoria Forest Resort features a restaurant serving local and international cuisine. There is also a bar and lounge, along with outdoor dining options. Full-board guests can arrange a romantic candle-lit dinner on their private balcony or terrace upon request. Leisure and Activities
Victoria Forest Resort has a 3 km private beach. Guests have access to swimming pools for adults and children. Other facilities include a shared lounge, garden, and private beach area. Every Saturday, the resort offers a boat cruise from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at UGX 30,000 per person. Additional premium activities include guided forest walks (UGX 20,000 per person), sauna/steam (UGX 20,000 per half hour), massage (UGX 50,000 per hour), trips to the Kihumuro caves (UGX 50,000 per person), and quad biking (UGX 100,000 per hour).
Location and Transportation
Victoria Forest Resort is located on Bugala Island, the largest of the 84 islands in the Ssese archipelago, situated in the northwestern part of Lake Victoria, Uganda. The resort is 70 km from Entebbe International Airport. For guests arriving via the Entebbe route, free pickup is available upon docking at Lutoboka Bay. Pickups from Kampala or Bugoma Landing Site (Bukakata Route) are available for a fee. Transportation to Bugala Island from Nakiwogo (Entebbe) takes 1 hour and 15 minutes via the Nyanza Evergreen Waterways Company vessels, or 3 hours and 30 minutes via the MV Kalangala.

Victoria Forest Resort offers free Wi-Fi throughout the resort. The front desk is open 24 hours. The resort has three conference rooms that can accommodate up to 200 people, including PA systems and stationery. The resort organizes celebrations for weddings, honeymoons, and birthdays.
