The Broadmoor has 20 restaurants, cafes, and lounges. It sources ingredients from its own greenhouses, cattle ranch, bakery, and chocolate kitchen. The resort features Wagyu beef from Eagles Nest Ranch and vegetables from its gardens. The Penrose Room offers cuisine paired with selections. Café Julie is near the Main Lobby. Special events include Jefferson's Bourbon tasting dinners and Angel's Envy Whiskey collection tasting events.
Leisure and Activities
Guests can escape to the screening room, mezzanine, saltwater pool, steam room, gym for reformer Pilates, or rooftop hot tub. The resort includes two golf courses and a Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Spa with restorative treatments. The Broadmoor Tennis & Pickleball Club is rated among the top 25 in the country. There is a new water complex at the north end of Cheyenne Lake that features a zero-entry infinity swimming pool, mountain-like water slides, two 14-person hot tubs, private cabanas and a seasonal pool café. Excursions with Broadmoor Outfitters are available, including exploring the Lost Creek Wilderness and seeing Colorado's wildlife.
Location and Transport
Located 20 km from Colorado Springs, The Broadmoor is accessible via Colorado Springs Airport and Denver International Airport. The hotel provides complimentary use of a Cadillac fleet for up to three hours daily and chauffeured transportation to Broadmoor Wilderness Experience properties. Gray Line offers shuttle and private transportation. Enterprise car rental is available at both airports. The hotel is near Broadmoor Galleries, The Penrose House Conference Center, Seven Falls, and Starsmore Visitor and Nature Center.
