spacious layout quick service

The staff accommodated my requests quickly. The room provided a spacious layout suitable for my needs. Breakfast offered enough variety. The hotel is situated near the mosque, it was convenient.

The television wasn't initially working. it was fixed quickly.

The tours i booked through the hotel turned out to be a real mess. on the first day, i paid directly at the water sports agency and got charged the bank's conversion rate. This was fine. however, on the second day, the manager insisted i pay at the hotel and not directly at the agency? when i went to pay for the tour photos, i was told i could pay for the tour at the bank's rate directly at the agency, but because i booked through the hotel, i had to pay there. the hotel then charged me a higher rate than the bank's rate, even though i explained that everywhere else charged the bank's rate. The manager just said, "you are not special.
