The air conditioning was quite noisy, a real disturbance at night. the sound insulation proved inadequate. I could hear conversations and noise from adjacent rooms. IT WAS a DISAPPOINTING aspect, especially when trying to rest after a long day.

Göksel bey and other staff members were very helpful. They gave me directions to suitable places. The location is central to the İstiklal caddesi and the Cihangir suburb is within walking distance. Major attractions are accessible by metro trains and buses.
The hotel provided only two tea bags and two paper cups. Asking for more seemed to be a way to encourage tipping. The bathroom had a small ventilation window , i could hear water flushing from other rooms. The AC was a bit noisy and didn't work perfectly.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the location was close TO taksim square, easy to get around. my room was clean and the bed was comfortable, i appreciate that a lot.
the room was somewhat small, and i noticed little light coming through the window. it overlooked a small indoor patio, feel closed in. i also had a bit of trouble connecting to the wifi on my laptop.

the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the location proved convenient, near taksim centre and supermarkets. i appreciated the soundproof windows as it allowed me to study well.
the hotel provided limited tea bags and paper cups, seemingly encouraging tips for additional service i found this a bit inconvenient

my beautiful double room was clean the bed was comfortable. the room provided a good space for resting after exploring the area for the day the windows kept out any street noise.
