quick check-in spacious room nice breakfast
I found the staff helpful during check-in, and the process was quick. The room i booked was clean and spacious, and i greatly recommend it. The hotel location is close to many restaurants. That was convenient for dinners. the breakfast offered a very nice selection of food.
the hotel does not have its own parking though the cost for external parking was very high. i paid a significant amount per day for that service. this situation created an unexpected expense . i hope there is a solution soon.

The super clean, soundproof rooms are spacious. Each room features a comfortable bed and reliable Wi-Fi. The hotel paid great attention to detail in room design. the furniture was also nice.

friendly staff smooth transport excellent dinner
The staff were friendly. Ms. Seda contacted me before arrival. She ensured my transport was smooth, and arranged for any special requests I might have. The restaurant offered excellent breakfast and dinner, with a fantastic view of the water. I enjoyed my time. I plan to return soon.

Elegant and Charming Experience!
fresh juices excellent service
Murat and Neslihan took great care of my needs, providing fresh-squeezed juices each morning! I ordered eggs exactly as I wanted. I enjoyed a bowl of fresh salad to begin my day, a wonderful breakfast!
The management did not handle payment issues well. They insisted on seeing the physical card even though I had paid online. It created a stressful situation until my husband's friend sent funds.

i found the breakfast good on my trip. i noticed the variety of fresh breads, fruits, and local dishes. the restaurant had really good service and beautiful holiday decorations. a great view of the bridge was a nice addition.
the elevators showed some signs of wear, and i noted they could use more frequent cleaning.

the room was large and the bed Very comfortable i loved the breakfast it had many rich and fresh options the staff members were friendly and professional they helped me with everything i needed
the location is a little far from main attractions i found the room to be quite small the room wasn't cleaned one day i requested toothpaste and a toothbrush but they were only provided upon request

convenient charger friendly staff poor room service external parking
the hotel location is near the bosphorus. staff were friendly. there were usb and usb-c chargers on each side of the bed, it was very handy.
The room service was very poor. i had to call many times just to get someone to answer. the hotel does not have its own parking. I had to pay for external parking though.

buffet food really good service menu suggestions
I liked this place. The buffet included delicious eggs benedict and royal eggs. Mr Celebi and Murat gave really good service. They helped interpret the menu and made great suggestions.
The car parking cost an extra twenty dollars per night . The loud music from the school disturbed us.
