spacious room comfortable bed fine view

my room was spacious with a comfortable bed. the city view was fine from my room. the breakfast was a real joy because it had a huge choice of food. the breakfast restaurant is on the 18th floor, it provides a direct view of the sunrise.

the air conditioning did not work on cool, it seemed like a central system so i was unable to adjust it

The staff kindly provided a room on the top floor. That met my expectations.

The air conditioning was not working on cool. the front desk said they were 100% full when i asked to stay another day. however, i could book online. This was a bit strange and disappointing.

The room was big and it had useful amenities. I saw a safe and a mini bar included. The hotel provided dental and shaving kits. They also offered soaps, lotions, a shoehorn, and bottled water. Breakfast offered many choices. Staff was attentive and served tea when I sat down.

The hotel did not provide bathrobes .

The hotel provides good transport links, with the metro station a short walk away. Zorlu Centre is nearby, it's good for shopping and entertainment, I saw it. Taxis take about 40 minutes to reach the hotel.

The hotel has a pizza restaurant in the lobby. Room service is convenient. I used it once. Breakfast included many different options. Turkish tea service was very nice upon arrival at breakfast.

My room was on the 7th floor and provided a nice view. The room had a safe. This made me happy. I saw the minibar was useful. Complimentary items such as soaps and lotions were available.
