Really good Service and Beautiful Hotel!

attentive staff water safety immediate choice

the staff provided amazing service from arrival. melanie resolved a travel agent confusion efficiently. i was shown multiple rooms and given a choice immediately. alejandro, the lifeguard, ensured water safety and helped anyone with mobility issues.

i noted additional costs for pool towels and tea refills in the room. a charge of 1 euro per day for a clean pool towel felt unnecessary. also, a 3 euro fee applied for refilling tea and coffee in the room, which i found unusual.

the food had good variety and was very fresh. breakfast options were plentiful and satisfying. they organize themed nights in the restaurant with different cuisines and lots of choice for everyone. the food was AMAZING!!!

adequate, but some things need attention

small room powdered coffee

The room i got felt quite small. it was supposedly a 'beautiful room', but space around the bed was minimal. also, the bathroom lacked privacy. The sliding door didn't fully block sound. i went to get coffee at the breakfast buffet. i found it disappointing as it was a powder-based machine, not proper bean coffee.
