kind staff personal touch spa time

The staff are kind and helpful. Breakfast provided a personal touch. The spa is a must, i enjoyed time in the pool mixed with relaxation. i did not want to leave!

the room was without a nice view, the windows were high. the room was very small for the price i paid.

non-functional air conditioning loose taps

the breakfast was lovely with very accommodating staff.

The air conditioning did not work when i arrived. there was also noise from the courtyard late at night. the jacuzzi bath was not working and taps were loose in the sink. Minor repairs were needed.

attentive chef perfect location superb quality helpful staff

Breakfast service was amazing. chef andré and sabrina were so kind and attentive! they remembered my honey request from the first day, so thoughtful! the location was perfect, so close to the cathedral! the staff gave great recommendations for restaurants and beaches. the quality of the room was superb. Everything was so clean.

the air conditioning made a loud noise at night, making it a little difficult to sleep soundly.

the hotel has many lovely sitting rooms and a breakfast courtyard. there's also a gorgeous spa, that i had entirely to myself for ninety minutes. i particularly enjoyed evening drinks on the roof terrace, where i could see cruise liners.

The hotel is in a very central location, near the cathedral. it is quite close to the shopping center and beach walkways. the location is extraordinary. It is quiet, on a side street close to the centre. restaurants and bars are a short walk away.

my room had a sumptuously large comfy bed!!! i also found a dyson hair dryer. the room was spacious and fresh. the hotel blended magnificent baroque halls with high-quality contemporary art. i had a lovely view of the cathedral from my private terrace.

The location was very convenient for accessing local restaurants and bars. Chef Andre and Sabrina provided special breakfast service. The rooftop offered fine views (especially at night!).
