a decent stay
spacious pool area great staff long walk cheap ingredients
i found the pool area spacious. i could always get sun beds. the whole place was spotlessly clean, which i appreciated. i also thought the staff were great. the food was varied and there were lots of options at the buffet.
the nearest supermarket was a 15 min walk. you need to climb back up that hill! i found that the ingredients used were cheap. made it disappointing.

branded drinks drink selection friendly staff cooking stations multiple options dated rooms uncomfortable sunbeds small shower
the all-inclusive option included many things. it featured branded drinks and some ice creams! the staff was friendly too. the restaurant offered fresh cooking stations with meat, fish, and pasta.
The rooms felt dated and small. the decor was chipped. The toilet door did not slide shut. the bath and shower was smaller than average size. The shower curtain stuck to me? the sunbeds were uncomfortable. They seemed ready for the bin.

repetitive food inconsiderate reception
the rooms were cleaned daily. it was acceptable.
The food became repetitive after four days. The themed nights did not alleviate the monotony. additionally, noise from evening entertainment disrupted sleep. I requested a room change, but reception initially offered a room closer to the noise. this lack of consideration was unacceptable.

amazing stay!
delicious food friendly staff
i had such a blast at this hotel! the food was delicious, with tons of variety at every meal! the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially elison and giulia, who made our holiday so special. there were always plenty of sunbeds, and the grounds were super clean.

the pool bar offered branded drinks. the restaurant staff were attentive. i enjoyed the extensive buffet. the hotel provided a free shuttle bus to the beach every 30 minutes. it made getting to the beach convenient. the staff maintained cleanliness throughout the hotel.
the rooms need some upgrades. i found the decor a little dated.
