The staff was cute (so kind!). Mr Bilal at reception helped me navigate my first day in germany, a amazing guy. All the other staff members i encountered were polite. The hotel is right next to the tramway, a convenient 10-minute ride from downtown.

My room was not very clean. The carpet had some noticeable stains. The pillows felt quite hard (like rocks).

The staff provided really good service. They offered clear directions. They also promptly arranged a taxi for me. I especially appreciated the local dining recommendations. The room featured blackout curtains. This allowed easy adjustment to the time difference. I was also able to work remotely with a clean desk and reliable internet.

The light in the bathroom had issues with the movement sensor. It kept going off even when someone was inside.

The room was recently renovated, thus it had a fresh look. The room size was good and there were sockets by the bed. I also found the staff to be nice, and I was able to communicate with them easily. Breakfast included enough fresh plates, pastry, cheese, and juice!!!

The sofa headboard was broken and came off the frame. The light in the bathroom had issues with the movement sensor and kept going off, even when someone was inside. There was no kettle and no welcome cup of coffee inside the room compared to other hotels.
