the breakfast selection really charmed me it included a wider choice than other hotels i have seen. the room was quite clean it also included sky sports on tv. the hotel location is really good it is within walking distance of the city centre and the railway station.

the toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton buds, and hair brush were missing in my room i thought they would be included. i could not sleep well the noise from the cars speeding on the main road disturbed me. the parking was full i wanted to park there, but i had to find another spot.

The breakfast had a decent variety of options to start the day.

The room had an unpleasant smell coming from the pipes, quite bothersome. Staff only offered air freshener as a solution and mentioned there was nothing more they could do. (I found this to be a less than helpful response). Despite promises of follow-up, no compensation was offered or received after my complaint at checkout.

the hotel location is so close to the train station and the city center, which i found very helpful. my check-in process was fast, and all employees acted very professional. i also liked that the room had a coffee maker and complimentary bottled water.

the bathroom DESIGN in the room i stayed in was a bit strange. instead of a proper door, it only had a blurred glass screen, which did not offer much privacy regarding sound or sight.
