the location was good it was near the metro and shopping center the staff were helpful

the housekeeping was a problem after a long day i returned to find my room uncleaned and without fresh towels when i asked at the front desk i learned housekeeping was only available upon request i wish i knew this in advance breakfast selection was also limited tissues or napkins were missing

The room included air conditioning that worked efficiently, something i valued on warmer days. breakfast offered a sufficient selection. I particularly enjoyed the fresh croissants each morning. the location was indeed central, i found it easy to access public transportation nearby, though the parking was expensive!

i experienced an issue with noise . soundproofing was inadequate, i could clearly hear conversations from neighboring rooms! this made it difficult to relax at times.

the reception staff were mostly women, i felt secure seeing them, especially late at night. they managed check-in smoothly. i did not request any additional services .

The room featured basic necessities. I appreciated the inclusion of a hairdryer and extra cushions. everything was new and very clean! the bed was of a good size, i found it quite comfortable for sleeping.

the hotel location is good for exploring the city. the staff seemed always friendly and very helpful. the bar was to be always open, convenient. the room was perfect, and it had everything i needed.

the absence of housekeeping was a disappointment. after a long day, i returned to the hotel only to find my room uncleaned. i also noticed a limited breakfast selection.

The room decor seemed modern and of a high standard. Air conditioning in the room worked effectively. I found a rainfall shower head in the shower. This was quite nice.

I experienced an issue with housekeeping . I came back to the room and found it uncleaned with no fresh towels. I learned housekeeping was only available upon request. I wish I had known this earlier. The breakfast selection seemed a little limited. I was surprised at the lack of tissues.
