a good stay in the city

equipped room convenient location awesome bathroom

I found the room to be well-equipped, very comforting. the location was convenient. It was close to the city center and also a gas station (, made things easier). i really liked the bathroom, it was awesome.

unfortunately, i found the exterior and interior soundproofing to be inadequate. also, the water wasn't hot enough, and the carpet had some stains.

the location was good it was near the metro and shopping center the staff were helpful

the housekeeping was a problem after a long day i returned to find my room uncleaned and without fresh towels when i asked at the front desk i learned housekeeping was only available upon request i wish i knew this in advance breakfast selection was also limited tissues or napkins were missing

The decor was modern. It seemed to be of a high standard. the shower included a rainfall head. That was a nice option to have.

the hotel location is good for exploring the city. the staff seemed always friendly and very helpful. the bar looked to be always open, convenient. the room was perfect, and it had everything i needed.

the absence of housekeeping was a disappointment. after a long day, i returned to the hotel only to find my room uncleaned. i also noticed a limited breakfast selection.

modern decor rainfall shower housekeeping issue limited breakfast

The room decor seemed modern and of a high standard. Air conditioning in the room worked effectively. I found a rainfall shower head in the shower. This was quite nice.

I experienced an issue with housekeeping . I came back to the room and found it uncleaned with no fresh towels. I learned housekeeping was only available upon request. I wish I had known this earlier. The breakfast selection seemed a little limited. I was surprised at the lack of tissues.
