the wellness area maintained excellent cleanliness and freshness , especially inside the hammam. the location proved convenient with direct access to the metro station and proximity to the historical train. this ease of access greatly enhanced my ability to explore various parts of the city efficiently. the helpful staff provided prompt assistance, significantly enhancing my overall experience.
the loud music from a nearby rooftop bar disrupted sleep patterns. despite the hotel's many positive aspects, addressing the noise issue would substantially improve future guests' experiences. i felt this noise impacted what could have been an even more restorative stay.

The location was convenient near parking areas. It was a relief to find that aspect acceptable..
The breakfast selection was disappointing. The variety was very limited, and the same dishes were offered every day. This made the mornings quite monotonous.

The hotel's central location impressed me.. it's so close to galata tower. taksim and istiklal are just a short walk. the staff's kindness really stood out. Payam was particularly helpful and friendly.
i noticed a half-used hair conditioner on the bathroom floor.. the room could use a little more care. this was a minor issue, but it affected the overall cleanliness.
