the location offered easy access to the metro station. it was literally a five-minute walk. the breakfast selection included various cheeses, olives, and fresh vegetables. i found the fresh breads to be very delicious.

the staff entered my room without knocking early in the morning.

diverse breakfast clean area attentive staff

I found breakfast to be fresh and diverse with cheese, olives, vegetables, bagels, and pastries. the eggs and coffee were good additions to the meal. the breakfast area was clean and well-organized. i also liked that the staff was very attentive. They changed the bedding immediately after an accident.

The entrance escalators were not operational. Carrying luggage was necessary.

solid experience, good location

fresh vegetable pastry selection enjoyable dining experience

The breakfast selection had various cheeses and olives. Fresh vegetables, bagels, and pastries were available. eggs and coffee were also served! the breakfast area was clean. all presented items were fresh. it was a well-curated selection, giving a calm and enjoyable dining experience.

i requested a room with a desk before my visit! it was not acknowledged. the front desk staff chatted and laughed for 20 minutes while i waited for my room card. i was shocked at the lack of manners and management.

the staff promptly changed the bed linens when i spilled juice at 3 a.m., they welcomed me very normally and with a smile. the team seemed well-trained and efficient, which i appreciated. it.

underwhelming stay, some hits, mostly misses

small selection unprepared staff

My room wasn't great. the breakfast was seriously lacking. The selection was tiny. also, the staff seemed pretty unprepared. the pool was out of service for almost my entire stay. That was a huge disappointment.

convenient location easy access room upgrade

I found the location quite convenient. It allowed easy access to various transport options. The metro station was a short walk away. I received a room upgrade when I arrived, resulting in a better stay with more workspace.
