Our stay extended four nights, and the hotel was very good. The staff was attentive and always ready to assist. The location is ideal, close to many attractions and transportation. I found the cleanliness perfect and the room very spacious.

The in-room coffee selection was somewhat limited.

location its like, super good, steps to central park! they gave me room service quick. like, speedy quick. the fitness center has loads of equipment, so i could keep up with my workout routine even when i was away. also, the staff was very professional and friendly, always there to lend a hand!

The gym included various amenities. I saw combs, mouthwash, and multiple hair products in the locker rooms. The pool area looked clean and well kept, they must had upgraded the gym and added a steam room. The sauna was super clean.

The air freshener used throughout the hotel was too strong for me.
