i stayed in the grand beautiful pool view room king bed. the room was large. it had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The breakfast had much variety. there was an egg station and fresh fruits.

the gym equipment looked slightly old.

security failure zero accountability

the check-in process was smooth and quick.

multiple items of clothing were stolen from my room, and i received no response, no assistance, and no apology (a very concerning situation). management completely ignored my concerns, a serious safety failure.

a haven of tranquility

spacious room excellent service

the room was spacious (a grand beautiful room city view king bed) and well kept. the breakfast offered a variety of choices. the staff at the italian restaurant provided excellent service.

the lighting system in the room was confusing, switching off lights also switched off some sockets.
