the staff was helpful. ms ayah. i enjoyed the really good breakfast. the staff allowed early check-in. they stored my luggage while i traveled.

I found the staff friendly. They were always smiling! asmaa and donia from housekeeping made towel animals for us, that was a treat to come back to each day. moustafa and ahmed in concierge handled luggage and errands efficiently.

the electronic key system wasn't working properly, but security helped me out each time.

The reception team provided warm welcomes and quick responses! mai were really good at check-in to show available rooms. ezz-eldeen and his team in reception addressed all inquiries efficiently. They were helpful and polite.

I found the staff to be very helpful and cute. They quickly addressed my request for a room change, offering a much better option. I also appreciated the reliability of the airport shuttle. It made my arrival and departure very smooth. The fair prices at the cafe were also very welcome.

The Internet connection in the room was unfortunately very weak.
