The staff at the reception were very kind and hospitable, i was very grateful for their help. the location was also excellent. i appreciated the proximity to the metro station. It was only a 10-minute walk. i also used the gym. It featured a concept2 rowing machine.
The floors in my room had slight dust. I think an extra cleaning would enhance the stay.

I found the breakfast choices reasonable with good pricing. the on-site cafe was nice and convenient. the restaurant provided room service. That was an unexpected and welcome option. i really enjoyed it.

The hotel had a central location. It felt safe and calmer, which i valued. several cafes were nearby. This provided options for quick meals. the hotel offered a great view of the nile river and the surrounding areas, which i loved.

the location worked well for me. i found it easy to access different places. breakfast was amazing too. a chef prepared eggs exactly as i wanted them!!!
the air conditioning did not work properly. it never went below 23c in the room. the taxi service to the museum was overpriced. uber offered the same trip for significantly less!!!
