mixed experience with key issues

poor air conditioning stale pastries

The air conditioning system did not function properly. The room remained uncomfortably warm throughout my stay. i repeatedly contacted the front desk, but the issue was never resolved. additionally, the breakfast selection lacked variety, and the food quality was subpar. the pastries tasted stale, and the hot dishes were often lukewarm.

rooftop noise building switch

the location was acceptable with convenient access to nearby attractions

the room i stayed in lacked proper soundproofing noise from the rooftop area was disruptive late into the night i also had to switch buildings after check-in which was inconvenient and not clearly communicated beforehand this created an issue upon arrival after a long day of travel
