the staff proved helpful with directions. they also assisted with taxi bookings. the location is quite convenient for accessing major attractions. i found hagia sofia and the blue mosque are approximately a 10-minute walk away.

breakfast choices seemed limited. i noticed a lack of variety in options available. the room i booked had an issue with the air conditioning. i woke up sweating and had to request assistance from the front desk.

limited breakfast loud speakers

The breakfast was quite limited. the room access involved navigating many stairs across two buildings, a real problem with heavy luggage. the nearby 'call to prayer' speakers were also loud, especially early each morning. They were too close for comfort.

limited selection street sounds

i must say, the breakfast was a bit of a letdown. the selection felt limited. also, i found the room a bit noisy. i could hear street sounds quite clearly, even late at night. it made sleeping a bit difficult at times. plus, the promised city view from my window turned out to be more of a view of the building next door. that was definitely disappointing, though i suppose i should have expected it.

nice staff perfect location wonderful staff broken air front desk no responsibility

the staff was really nice. the location was perfect, so close to everything. the staff at the hotel were WONDERFUL. they were really good expectations and were happy to help with any request.

air CONDITIONING was broken and i woke up at 3am sweating. i had to go down to the front desk and ask someone to come up to my room to try to fix it. the hotel refused to refund me. shockingly, they took no responsibility.
