amazing stay!

friendly staff clean room amazing shower

The staff were super friendly and helpful, i felt so welcomed! my double room was super clean, and it included fresh towels. the shower was amazing. It had great pressure and temperature controls!

the wall fan was a bit noisy, and it could use some maintenance to reduce the rattling during operation.

the location was convenient for my road travel plans. the room was clean and spacious, which i found helpful for organizing my things.

the hotel lacked some facilities, such as an evening meal option. the restaurant next door was closed, i had to travel elsewhere for dinner.

The cleaning staff are amazing. They are fabulous and friendly. the hotel has a lot of parking space. This is helpful. It is good to have a fridge in the room, as no food is provided on site.

i was not able to get breakfast at the hotel, and the adjacent restaurant was closed. i wish this had been clearer when i booked my stay.

a good hotel, some downsides

the room was very nice and comfortable. it was clean and spacious enough for me. the location is excellent because it is in a quiet area. there are plenty of car parking facilities too. i like that!

on arrival, the receptionist said 'is that you van, you can't that in my car park'. then i was informed that i was late arriving at 18.20pm. he said that 10 minutes later he would have re-let our guaranteed room.

The room was clean and quiet. The reception lady was friendly. Parking was fine though the location was a bit isolated. I have stayed before and would stay again. It provides a simple overnight stay.

The mattresses are too soft, and the pillows are also uncomfortable.

Breakfast was good. there is no place to eat within walking distance. Most nearby takeaways required cash payment, so preparation is needed. I did appreciate the available coffee in the room.
