The free shuttle service was convenient. i used it to get to and from the airport. the hotel is right next to a petrol station with snacks. That was quite handy. the location is near the airport. It made catching my early flight easy.

The air conditioning unit in the room was noisy. It was hard to sleep. there were no working power outlets. i told the staff. They didn't seem concerned.

unreliable shuttle musty smell

i booked this place expecting a decent stay near the airport i thought the free shuttle would be a huge plus but it turned out to be quite unreliable i waited almost an hour at the airport and had to call multiple times the front desk kept saying it was coming soon but it never did eventually i had to pay for a ride myself also the room had a faint musty smell it wasn't overpowering but noticeable enough to be bothersome

The location was great because it was close to the airport, it was helpful. The complimentary airport shuttle ran frequently and saved me money. The room was clean upon arrival with fresh towels available. I also used the bag service before checking in. It was convenient.

a lovely respite before the journey home

refreshed rooms genuine kindness sound sleep

the rooms have been refreshed it seems. i found the room clean. it also provided a fridge, a microwave and a working tv. the bed gave me great comfort and i slept soundly. the staff were genuinely kind.

i wish they had mentioned the deposit sooner. i believe it should be advertised somewhere. this would definitely help guests manage their expectations.

the hotel is very close to the airport. i appreciated the seamless online check-in. transportation to and from the airport was an added bonus.

i found the room mediocre. there was almost no furniture in the room except for one tiny table and one chair. it was not a comfortable stay.
