convenient cruise port stay
friendly staff connected rooms safe neighborhood
the staff at check-in was friendly. we booked two rooms (i traveled with my family of five) and they connected. the neighborhood felt safe and quiet at night.
the elevator to the parking garage had some issues, and the toilet didn't flush correctly.

the hotel has a business center printer. the hotel is close to restaurants. it has a breakfast buffet that is available (though i didn't try it). the hotel has a restaurant called blu'.

the front desk staff was helpful. one employee, miguel, printed out luggage tags. there is an affordable shuttle to the royal caribbean cruise terminal. the staff was amazing overall. the bartenders were attentive.

cruise terminal clean beds
the hotel is near the cruise terminal. i had a hamburger in the blu restaurant and breakfast was good too. the beds are clean.
the pool water was cold and not comfortable.
